The hotel was spotlessly clean and newly decorated. The staff was very professional with excellent customer service. I was offered a room with special views of the Savannah skyline. The property was in a central location, very close to everything in Savannah.

The stay was mind-blowing with an incredible location and a seriously impressive hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable, upgrading us to a king room without even mentioning it. The lobby area was super modern and the room itself was very nice, with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing, and we loved the thoughtful addition of a makeup towel. The surprise bottle of champagne for our anniversary was a fantastic touch. We enjoyed our time at the pool, taking advantage of the nice weather, and the 1540 Room restaurant and bar was beautifully designed with friendly bartenders and servers. The patio seating was a plus, and the Savannah sour cocktail was a must-try. The rooms may need a bit of updating, but overall, it was a super satisfying stay and we would definitely go back.

The breakfast at the restaurant is wonderful, and my room here is newly remodeled with a balcony, a view of a nearby illuminated church, and bigger beds.

The staff at The Desoto is very knowledgeable and the hotel is located close to many popular sites in the city. It is near two great restaurants, the historic district, waterfront, art museums, and downtown Savannah shopping and dining. The breakfast provided is wonderful, with plenty of meal options available.

The venue was reasonably clean and big in size. The folks were very professional and friendly. The room had a balcony, seating to enjoy the view, and a nice large bathroom. The location was perfect, close to Forsyth Park and Liberty Avenue, right in the middle of the touristy area.

It's based in the middle of the city and so close to Madison Square.

The rooms are so cozy and comfortable, I felt right at home with the luxurious bedding and residential-style comforts. I loved the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows in the Pulaski Room - perfect for a grand event or cocktail party.

The veranda seating was a bit too cozy for my liking.
